The focus is on helping you recognise, when unhelpful thoughts and emotional processes are keeping you stuck, battling recurring issues, and leaving you feeling low, some, or all of the time.
By gaining personal insight, and awareness of this internal landscape, you can develop a more positive inner dialogue, which will enable you to make changes for the better for yourself, and your relationships. As well as problem solving, the approach is educational, preventative and growth-promoting.
